In a video posted to the Crystal’s Cooking Fun TikTok page, the woman shows herself making a small cut in the wrap.
The cut stretched from the centre to the edge, after which the video shows her placing the wrap’s main filling on that quarter piece.
Then, working in a clockwise direction, the woman adds lettuce, tomato and cheese on each quarter, before the sauce to the chicken filling.
And then this is when the magic happens. Lifting from the cut edge she made earlier, the woman folds the lettuce onto the tomato, then that onto the cheese, and then finally onto the chicken, making a triangle shape.
