Roman, 26, fell just short of the crowning moment during the final of this year’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! which was won by former EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa. After his exit interview, the Capital FM presenter was met by his girlfriend Anne-Sophie Flury. Wanting to know more about what the youngster got up to back at the hotel, ITV chat show host Lorraine Kelly, 60, was left very embarrassed as she realised how her line of questioning must have come across.
The former campmate spoke to the presenter from the Versace Hotel where the contestants spend time with their loved ones after leaving the jungle.
Having only made it to the venue earlier in the day, in relation to Australian time zones, Lorraine wanted to know what the radio star had been up to.
After stating Anne-Sophie had been on the show last week to speak about his time in the jungle, the host asked Roman: “Tell me, once you got back to that hotel and you gave Anne-Sophie a hug, what else did you do?”
However, she immediately realised her questioning may have been a bit too nosey and she quickly clarified what she meant as she became embarrassed.
“Oh, you don’t have to tell me as much…” Lorraine stated as she tried to dig herself out of a hole.
“I meant food and things like that,” she continued, before sealing her lips as she became more red-faced about what she’d asked.
Roman replied: “Yeah, Lorraine, come on.”
The chat show host was then seeing put her hand to her mouth, before the radio presenter gave an answer to his interviewer.
“It was pizza ordered, it was fries ordered and it was just pure greed and elation at the same time,” Roman said.
“My main thing was I kept touching the floor and I was like, ‘It’s carpet, actual carpet,’ and then I turned on the shower, ‘It’s hot water.’
“And I’m looking at Soph and I’m going, ’Soph, it’s hot.’ I couldn’t believe it.
“It’s so strange. You become so engrossed in this beautiful world that when you come out, you forgot this all existed,” he added.

Lorraine was also joined by runner-up and Coronation Street star Andy Whyment, 38, after he lost out on the crown.
Speaking of his time in the jungle, the soap actor said: “It was kind of weird for me,” as he explained he “missed” his family.
After adding he had been with his wife for 16 years and had spoken to her everyday, he added: “It was hard not to have contact.”
Of his fellow campmates, the guest commented it was “unbelievable” and he couldn’t get over how emotional he got.
Andy said it was “humbling” people had got behind him, instead of his lovable character on the ITV soap.
He explained he was going to “be himself” and added “you can’t play a game,” as if you were, you would soon get caught out.
“I was just myself and people seemed to like me for me.”
The Coronation Street star was the favourite to win the crown but got beaten to the top spot by the winner, Jacqueline.
