    Such a simple fix to , just use some of the money to actually buy some of what the civil district needs insted of syphoning out as much money as possible for retard projects that do the opposite of civil engineering, , its as if the parisites love the smell of there roiting victims shit and your on because its the smell of destruction some type of mental retard sence of smell and its not even fun at all
