Britain’s Got Talent’s judging panel consists of comedian and author David Walliams, music producer Simon Cowell, former actress Amanda Holden and singer Alesha.
For the third week in a row, The Greatest Dancer presenter Alesha was seen wearing mismatched earrings.
One item was a large triangle-snapped earring, and the other was a slim silvery piece dangling across the judge’s ear.
It’s not the first time ITV viewers have commented on the unusual jewellery choice, but it didn’t stop the repeated moment from distracting fans from the action happening in the show.
ITV viewers flocked to Twitter to discuss Alesha’s outfit decisions.
One person wrote: “Why does Alesha have a f*****g musical instrument in her ear?”
“Hey! Just wondering…why do you wear one big earring and one small one?” another asked the star directly.
A third posted: “I wonder where I put my triangle from school I used to play @AleshaOfficial.”
While a fourth noted: “Why is Alesha wearing that again? #BGT.”
“It’s been three weeks are you still all making the same joke about Alesha’s triangle earring?” a fifth exasperated viewer asked.
Fans continued to share their thoughts, with one person commenting: “Alesha Dixon’s earrings remind me of the symbols on a PlayStation controller.#BGT #BritainsGotTalent.”
“Why has Alesha Dixon got a trampoline hanging from her ear? #bgt #BritainsGotTalent,” another asked.
A third wondered: “Does Alesha own any matching earrings at all? #BGT #BritainsGotTalent.”
While a fourth speculated: “Is Alesha wearing a musical triangle in her ear? #BritainsGotTalent.”
The Britain’s Got Talent auditions air weekly, but they were prerecorded.
What’s more, each episode features different acts from different locations in a compilation, which also explains why fans have been witnessing some of the same looks on the judges.
This includes Alesha’s unusual earrings, which also included a large circular hoop on one side at a different point.
Also during tonight’s show, Simon Cowell took part in a dangerous knife-throwing act on the stage, and ignored Ant and Dec’s warnings about it being the “13th” series.
